I offer you a recipe for a very tasty fish pie - fish pie with halibut and rice. We begin to cook. Peel the zucchini, rinse and pass through a grater, then add seasonings to taste. After that, melt the margarine and add it to the zucchini. Pour sour cream and beaten egg into the same bowl, mix all these ingredients thoroughly. Then sift the flour into another bowl, add salt, soda, sugar to it and combine with zucchini, knead thoroughly again. The dough for this recipe should be slightly thicker than for pancakes. We leave the finished dough for half an hour, or even 40 minutes. Then boil the rice in salted water. Add peeled, washed and grated carrots to the rice. When the rice is cooked, add butter. After that, we wash the halibut, cut into small pieces, salt and add seasonings to taste. Then grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. 2/3 of the dough is put into a mold, leveled with a greased vegetable oil hand, smeared with beaten egg on top. In the finished rice, break one egg, mix well and put it on the dough. On top of the rice we spread pieces of greased fish egg. Add the remaining dough on top and grease with egg. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees, put our food there and bake until fully cooked. The halibut pie is ready! Bon appetit!
