First we make the dough. Put the oil and water and oil in a saucepan, add salt, put on fire, bring the mass to a boil. Then reduce the heat to the very minimum, add flour, mix everything quickly and cook for about 2 minutes, then cool a little. Then add eggs to the resulting mass and mix thoroughly. The dough should be tight.
After that, we spread parchment paper on a baking sheet, lubricate it with vegetable oil and spread medium-sized cakes with a pastry syringe. Bake the dough in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes. While the dough is baking, we make the cream. Using a mixer, beat condensed milk with butter. Then we put the cream in a pastry syringe, pierce the finished dough with it from below and squeeze out the necessary amount of cream.
