Perfect taste, the combination of cottage cheese and apples is great!

So, first we peel the apples, cut into slices, send them to a saucepan, where else we add: juice of half a lemon, sugar and water. We begin to simmer until the apples are almost soft (that is, not ready). Then separate the yolk from the protein and beat it to a foam with sugar and butter. Mix with cottage cheese and salt to get a homogeneous mass.
Thoroughly oil the mold, you can sprinkle the bottom with crushed crackers. We put the dough into it, form the sides. Now we send the same filling here: first cottage cheese, then apple.
The remains of the dough can be used to decorate the cake – the food should not only be delicious, but also beautiful, right?
In a preheated oven, bake until ready at a temperature of 200 degrees (about 45 minutes).
