One of the most delicious apple pies of all that I have ever had to try and cook - Tsvetaevsky apple pie – will undoubtedly become a real decoration of any friendly get–together. According to legend, this exquisite food of Russian cuisine was a frequent treat at the table of the Tsvetaev sisters (in fact, hence the name). Such a culinary recipe must certainly be recorded in every book of a good hostess.
As you can already understand from the recipe, sour cream rules the ball here – it is part of both the dough and the cream. Therefore, sour cream should be of excellent quality.
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Sift the flour through a sieve with a slide, add baking powder and cinnamon, then – melted butter and sour cream. Mix so that you get a steep dough. Now we put parchment paper in a round shape, and dough on it. We level it with our hands so that we get a "basket" with sides. Now we cut the peeled apples into very thin pieces and fill the "basket" with them. Now beat the egg with sugar, add flour and sour cream. Pour the resulting cream over the apples and send the pie into the oven for 45 minutes. When the Tsvetaevsky apple pie is baked, let it cool down without removing it from the mold. After that, we safely take it out, cut it into portions and enjoy the full program!
