I start cooking a classic curd cake with raisins by taking a mixer and whipping sugar with eggs. I melt margarine in a water bath and mix it with cottage cheese, raisins and a previously prepared whipped mixture. Through a meat grinder, I scroll the lemon with the zest and add it to the resulting mass. Then I mix the flour with soda and prepare the dough from all the ingredients. I bake for three quarters of an hour at 180 C, before that I warm up the oven for a few more minutes. It would seem that there is absolutely nothing complicated in this culinary recipe, but it really tastes amazing. I recognized him, looking through a file of old magazines while waiting for my turn to the hairdresser. Of course, this food immediately attracted my attention of a lover of cottage cheese pastries and I could not resist trying it on the same day. The result exceeded all expectations and now I always recommend this amazing curd cake to my friends and strangers too. After all, food is one of the most important pleasures that a person can receive. It should not only be nutritious, nourishing and healthy, although, of course, this is also very important, but also delicious.
