I generally adore apple pies – no matter what I add to the apples! By the way, I got this recipe from my grandmother. Sometimes, you would come to her on vacation, and there were a lot of sheets on the stove, on which different pies were fragrant puffing. The most favorite of them is with apples, of which grandma had a lot in the garden.

Preheat the oven to 200C. Since the dough is already ready, we will roll it out on a table well sprinkled with flour. Prepare a baking dish – it should be low. Having put the rolled dough into it, we will pierce it in several places with a fork. I hope you understand that this is a necessary procedure?
Let's cook apples too. They should be sour. Antonovka will do well. Peel them and cut them in half. By the way, advice! After peeling the apples from the core, sprinkle them with lemon juice and they will not darken.

Then we need to make a biscuit. Mix the condensed milk, which remained after making toffee, with the rest of the components. Let's use an electric mixer here so that the mass is airy.
Now we have the foundation ready. Spread it with condensed milk combined with sugar. We will cut the apples into thin slices and lay them in a circle at the very bottom of the mold – we will stack them on top of each other. And now we will distribute the sponge dough between the rows of apples and start baking. It will take about 50 minutes until the biscuit rises.
