Of course, we all know that it is difficult to do without any dessert with mint tea or incomparable coffee in a delicious lunch or dinner. And naturally we want this element of food to be as low in calories as possible. There are many culinary recipes for desserts from different peoples and cultures. I really like Portuguese cuisine with its unusual and fresh ideas. In this kitchen, preference is given not only to the first and second courses. The Portuguese are very attentive to desserts and sweets. So today I decided to tell you about my favorite dessert. About Portuguese cakes.
I think almost every hostess or host has puff pastry in stock, but even if it is not, it will not be difficult for you to buy. So, I will roll out the dough in a layer, I should have a thickness of no more than three to five mm. I will smear the dough with a pre-prepared mixture of butter and eggs. Sprinkle it all with cinnamon, add sugar and orange zest. Now I will roll up the dough and cut it into rolls (3 cm thick). I will wrap each roll separately in a plastic wrap. I'll put it on the table so that the cuts are both at the top and at the bottom and roll it out with a rolling pin. I'll take the mold and put the dough ready for this on top. And I wait until the pastry is ready for about ten or fifteen minutes. I will make the oven temperature 190 degrees. While the dough is baking, I'll take a saucepan and heat the cream in it. I'll break the chocolate and throw it to the cream, so that it melts in them. I'll add one tablespoon of sugar for the sweetness. I remove it from the fire and fill it with 1 tablespoon of butter and cold milk and stir. I will fill the resulting dough molds with chocolate and serve it to the table. Here is our magic dessert and ready. Feel free to invite your family to the table, pour a cup of tea and enjoy the amazing taste of Portuguese cakes. Enjoy your meal.
