Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

To start, mix flour, yeast and 1 tbsp salt in a large bowl (you can put less salt). Fill it all with warm water and yogurt. Knead the soft dough. Add coriander. We transfer the dough to the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead for 5-10 minutes.
Now we put the dough back into the bowl. Cover with a film and leave for an hour and a half, during this time the dough should rise and increase by about 3 times.
Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We put the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead the dough a little more. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each of them into a ball. Then we roll out each ball into ovals about 15x25 cm in size .
We put it on a baking sheet, pre-greased with oil, sprinkle the cakes with cumin, slightly pressing it into the dough so as not to crumble, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. That's all! Our bread is ready!!! You can serve it with a variety of food!!! I know that many people use Naan tortillas as a beer snack!
