Coffee Cookies

Delicious, crunchy cookies with coffee flavor! Brazil wouldn't be itself if it didn't use coffee, anywhere. Coffee can be brewed, or you can put it in food. I'll digress and tell you in secret that ground coffee even stops blood and disinfects wounds. That is, it is a very useful product. Here, for example, is a culinary recipe for small coffee cookies, which are just served with morning coffee or evening tea.

Preheat the oven to a very high temperature, almost 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix sugar, eggs, milk and add vanilla on the tip of a knife. Then we put all the other ingredients in the same bowl and knead the dough. When the dough has become smooth and homogeneous, we roll balls out of it with a diameter of about 3 centimeters. We put the balls on a greased sheet at a distance of three centimeters from each other. And then, with a fork dipped in sugar syrup, we press the balls to a thickness of 5-7 mm, and at the same time lubricate them with sugar syrup. Bake until light brown for 7-8 minutes. One serving is designed for 35 cookies.
