Add 500 grams of sifted flour to the honey, extinguish the soda, knead thoroughly and leave to rise for 2 hours. Later, add granulated sugar, the remaining flour, egg yolks to the dough and knead again. Now roll out the resulting dough well into a thin layer and use various molds to make small curly gingerbread. After that, sprinkle the baking sheet with flour, spread the dough on it and bake at 220 degrees until a golden crust forms. Brush the finished figures with icing, sprinkle with powdered sugar and leave to dry.
The glaze is prepared very simply. To do this, rub the powdered sugar with the juice until smooth.
