Recently I cooked a very tasty dish of cauliflower with sour cream. It was eaten in two bills, although my family does not like cauliflower. I read this recipe in a women's magazine. To cook it, you first need to wash the cauliflower under running water. Then, using a knife, disassemble it into inflorescences. Put a saucepan of water on the stove. Boil, add a little salt and cook the cabbage in it. If you have fresh green peas, then you can cook them together with cabbage.
Then take the baking dish. Grease it with oil and put cabbage and peas on it;(canned corn can be used instead of peas). Then take a separate bowl. Break the eggs into it, whisk with a whisk. Add sour cream. You can have milk or cream. Whisk. Put the finely chopped greens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour this sauce over the cauliflower. Then rub the cheese on a grater with large holes and sprinkle it on top. Put the cubes of butter on top. Preheat the oven. Put our food in it to bake for about 20 minutes.
