    Roll out the dough a little with a rolling pin so that it becomes thinner, but without fanaticism. The dough should be about 1-2 mm thick

    Sprinkle the dough with sugar and gently roll the edges to the center on one side and on the other. I turned off from the wider side. In the section, original curlicues are obtained - peculiar "ears" or "lamb horns".

The exact cooking time depends on the specific dough (see the instructions on the package), but it's about 15-25 minutes. Remove the finished curls from the oven and cool, remove from the baking sheet and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Together with sugar, a layer of puff pastry can be sprinkled with ground cinnamon, chopped nuts. The curls will become even tastier and more appetizing.
It turns out delicious if the finished products are small in size. It will take a little more time to prepare such curls, but the result is worth it. Such curls scatter like seeds!
The better and more natural the puff pastry will be, the tastier and more useful the finished curls will turn out.
