Lavash snail with cheese and sour cream

Pamper your family with a delicious dish with a minimum of effort! Lavash snail is a great snack, served warm. If the dish has had time to cool down, it should be warmed up before serving. The number of ingredients is calculated for a mold with a diameter of 20 cm, if the shape is larger, then therefore you need to increase the portion of the filling and add pita bread.

Cooking method

1. Three cheese on a coarse grater, put the cheese in a bowl, knead it into a crumb with a fork. Dill and parsley are washed, dried, finely chopped with a knife. Combine cheese, hard cheese and greens in one bowl, mix.

2. We unfold the lavash, put the sheets on top of each other, fold in half, using a knife we cut off the rounded part to get a rectangle.

3. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, put it on the bottom of the pita bread. We spread the filling on the rest of the pita bread, distribute it evenly, roll up four rolls. We place the rolls in the form of a snail.

4. Break the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, lightly salt, mix the mass with a whisk. Fill the snail with the prepared filling and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until a beautiful golden crust, it will take about 35-40 minutes.

We serve it on the table in a warm form, cutting the snail into portions.
