Cooking method

Before starting cooking, prepare all the products according to the list:

- put spices and sauces on the table so that they are at hand;
- boil the rice;
- wash and dry the chicken;
- wash tarkinsky pepper, dry it, peel it from seeds and cut it into 2 parts - boats;
- cut the feta;
- wash, peel and slice the avocado.

While the rice is boiling, marinate the chicken in a mixture of paprika, salt and chili pepper.
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a deep frying pan and fry the prepared chicken for several minutes on each side.
Pour beer over the chicken and boil for 20-30 minutes until the beer is half evaporated.
Divide the chicken with forks right in the frying pan, add rice, beans, chili sauce and half the cilantro, fry a little to combine the flavors.
Set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Arrange the pepper halves on a baking sheet greased with olive oil and fill with the prepared mixture.
Bake until the pepper is soft - 20 minutes.
Put the pepper on a plate, put the cheese and avocado on top and sprinkle with the remains of coriander.
Serve hot.
