Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Take fresh cauliflower and a small head of broccoli. Cabbage is washed in cold water, separated from the head and divided into inflorescences.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

If there is a multivarka - beauty. We put the cabbage inflorescences in a steaming bowl. Cook for 5-10 minutes . The cabbage should become slightly soft, but we do not bring it to full readiness. If there is no multivarki, you will have to resort to a proven method of steaming - a saucepan, water, colander, lid :)

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

At this time, we calmly rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

After the allotted time for steaming cabbage has elapsed, we drain the water from the bowl of the slow cooker, cover the bottom with foil and put half-cooked cabbage there.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Lightly salt the whole thing and put small pieces of butter on top or sprinkle with olive oil. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

We send it to bake in the oven or in a slow cooker (baking mode) for 3-5 minutes. We take it out, move it to a plate together with the foil and serve it to the table! Cabbage is instantly eaten and the question arises about the additive :) If desired, you can add carrots, peas or other ingredients to the recipe as you wish. Enjoy your meal!
