Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

Wash the apples, cut into 4 pieces and peel from the core. Add sugar to a small amount of water and bring to a boil. Thinly sliced apple slices are lowered into boiling syrup for 3-4 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut into strips about 25 cm long and about 2 cm wide . Put the apple on the dough in such a way that the slices hang slightly from one edge, and there is room for the second one. Roll the strips into roses and put them on a baking dish, pre-greasing it with oil. Bake until ready.
