Recently I found this recipe on the Internet and decided to cook. Now I'm in a hurry to share it with you, because it's divinely delicious!
Melt butter and mix it with egg and sugar.
Sift the flour, add baking powder and a pinch of salt to it and mix. Now gradually add the flour to the egg mixture and quickly knead the dough. The finished dough is very soft and does not stick to your hands, it resembles a shortbread dough. You don't need to add a lot of flour to it, you also don't need to knead it for a long time.
Now roll out our dough into a rectangle about 5-7 mm thick and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
We send it to the oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for only 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling.
Mix coconut chips with eggs, add sugar and vanilla. If the mass turns out to be too thick and dry, then add a little milk - one spoonful at a time (the mass should not turn out liquid).
Peel the bananas and cut into circles about 5 mm thick.
We take the finished cake out of the oven and, until it cools down, spread the banana circles on it, slightly pressing them into the dough.
We take our coconut mass and spread it on top of the bananas, trying to completely cover the whole cake.
We send it to the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
The finished cake will need to be cooled and cut into cakes of any shape.
Bon appetit!
