Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 20 min

Sift flour and mix with 50 gr. butter (can be grated) + 1 tsp baking powder + 50 gr sugar, and grind everything into crumbs. Add 1 egg + 5 tablespoons to the crumbs. water and kneaded elastic dough.
Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with semolina. Lay out the dough, make the sides, pierce with a fork. Bake at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
Caramel preparation:
Put a small saucepan with sugar on moderate heat and wait for its complete dissolution, when a brownish color is formed, stir with a spoon and add butter, stir again, add cream, vanilla sugar and constantly stirring to bring the mass to a density. This will take 15-20 minutes. The caramel is ready.
Peel pears, cut into halves, remove the core and make frequent incisions, spread out in the form of a fan on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 30 minutes.
Next, put the curd cheese on the cake and distribute it (no need to sweeten it!), pour our caramel on top and put our baked pears in any order, sprinkle the cake with cinnamon, let it stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
