Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 hours
Pour the semolina into a bowl, add vanilla, yeast, soda, turmeric, water, add to the eye and mix well, and then pour out the flour and mix.
Heat the pan, pour each pancake from the ladle separately, without turning it over, bake only on one side.

Fill ready-made pancakes with nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raisins, coconut chips, cinnamon, sugar). To do this, chop all the nuts slightly, but not finely, you can put whole almonds, raisins and coconut and cinnamon, add sugar, mix. Stuff the pancakes with all this and pinch the edges in the same way as dumplings, then put the gataef on a baking sheet, lightly greased with oil, and bake in the oven until they are slightly browned, remove and put in syrup, hold for 5 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon, put in a drushlag and let the syrup drain, put in a plate.

Syrup:
6 stk. sugar, juice of one lemon, 1stk. water, cook over low heat until the syrup thickens, the syrup should not be watery, the consistency should resemble honey.

Put a little filling on each pancake. Carefully blind the Gataef. Grease the baking sheet with butter, put the finished gataef on a tray and lightly lubricate the top with oil.
Bake in the oven at 200 * until lightly browned.
Take out and put in thick sugar syrup, which must be cooled before that.
Leave for 5-6 minutes, take out and here is the result - crispy and very tasty gataef.
