Recently, in a cookbook, I found a recipe for cooking roast chicken. After reading it, my hands started cooking this dish. As it turned out – not in vain. In this article I will share with you all the subtleties and nuances that may arise during the preparation of this dish. Let's start the process.
Wash the chicken carcass, dry it and chop it into 8 pieces. Add salt, pepper and fry them until half cooked. Chop the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown. Cut the mushrooms into strips and fry them. Fry the nuts, peel them and chop. Wash and dry the raisins. Next, prepare the sour cream sauce. To do this, melt and warm the butter in a saucepan, pour in the sifted flour and passer, stirring occasionally, until you feel the smell of "Roasted nuts". Stir the browned flour continuously and dilute it with hot sour cream. Put the chicken in pots (2 pieces per 1 serving), mushrooms, raisins, nuts and onions in the same place. Pour the sour cream sauce over the ingredients and put them in the oven to simmer for 25 minutes at 180C. The food is ready! When serving, sprinkle the roast chicken with chopped herbs.
