My friend thinks that pizza at home is not even worth cooking. You can go to the pizzeria. But we often make homemade pizza. My men like it, and they constantly order it as a dinner. To cook it very quickly, you can make it from a ready-made dough. I like the recipe "Puff pastry pizza". In order to cook it, I buy ready-made puff pastry without yeast. We also really like pizza, which includes hunting sausages, They are, so to speak, the main ingredient. So, first let's do the vegetables and the filling. Take ketchup. Cut oregano, basil. Put them in ketchup and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then wash the tomatoes and mushrooms of champignon. Cut them into small slices. Go to the sausages. Cut them into circles, the thickness of which is not more than half a centimeter. Take a baking sheet. Lay a special baking paper on it. Roll out the puff pastry and put it on a baking sheet. Anoint it with tomato sauce. Spread the mushrooms evenly on it. Rub the cheese on a grater with small holes. Pour it on top of the mushrooms. Then put the tomato slices evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a baking sheet in it. Bake until cooked. Bon appetit!
