Wash the catfish and cut it into portions up to the spine, while leaving the meat on the bone. Pour the mixed spices into the sections with a uniform layer, then smear the same spices on top of the whole piece, which is wrapped in foil. Heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and place the catfish in it on a baking sheet for 50 minutes. While the fish is baking, boil the rice without spices and salt. When the fish is ready, serve it with rice and soy sauce. The food is ready! Thus, we got a baked catfish – an extraordinary yummy. Baked catfish is recommended to be served with cauliflower for the best combination.
