Absolutely amazing culinary recipe from the category "You'll lick your fingers". This is a fish casserole, juicy, tasty and fragrant – food for true gourmets.
We put the peeled potatoes to cook. At this time, pour olive oil into a deep and wide frying pan, heat it and put the onion cut into small cubes. Fry for about a minute, then add finely chopped salmon fillet and haddock. Fry for another minute, stirring. And pour in beautiful slices of mushrooms (any, but it's better that they are delicious).
