Dissolve yeast in 50 ml of warm milk. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour.
Mix everything and put it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater.
Sift all the flour into a bowl.
Make a hole in the flour and pour out the eggs.
Add salt, sugar, lemon zest, mix.
Pour in the yeast. Mix it up.
Gradually adding warm milk and melted butter, knead a soft dough.
Put the kneaded dough into a saucepan, cover with a napkin and put it in a warm place.
Put the molds that fit the dough well.
Let the dough come up again and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Boil water, put sugar and cook syrup.
Boil the syrup over low heat for 10 minutes, add finely chopped fruit and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add cognac. Turn off the fire. Cover the cup in which the syrup was cooked with a lid and leave to cool.
Transfer the cooled rum women to a dish and pour the syrup.
Then turn over the rum women and pour out the remaining syrup. If the syrup remains, then you need to pour it into the mold and leave it like that. The syrup will be absorbed completely.
Pour powdered sugar into a bowl, pour water and pour lemon juice. Stir and put on fire.
Boil the fudge over low heat for 5 minutes and immediately pour it on the rum women.
