We begin the preparation of quick pies by combining all of the above ingredients in one large container and kneading a thick, elastic, homogeneous dough. After that, cover the dough with a towel and leave it to stand for about 30-40 minutes in the heat. After this time, the dough is rolled out into a layer with a thickness of about 0.5-1 centimeter and cut into identical tortillas with an ordinary glass. Now in the center of each circle we spread the amount of filling we need and pinch the dough well. Then we spread the pies with the seams down on a greased baking sheet and send them to a moderately preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
