I recently bought cooking pots for myself and cooked food in them for the first time in my life. My first dish was roast in pots with mushrooms. The dish turned out very tasty and I decided to cook it more often. And now I will tell you about this culinary recipe. So, to begin with, soak dry porcini mushrooms in cool water for about an hour and a half. After that, we put them to cook on a strong fire. Then we take the meat, cut it into small pieces and fry it in vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Now finely chop the onion and add it to the meat, mix. Now cut the carrots finely and also put it to the meat, stir. When the mushrooms become soft, take them out of the water, cut into strips or thin plates. After that, we transfer the finished meat into a large container, then place the mushrooms, diced potatoes, spices and seasonings and mix everything well. Then we distribute the mass into pots. Now pour the broth into pots and put them in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
