Meringue is an amazingly delicious dish. It just melts in your mouth, so tender, airy, light and sweet. Here's what I can say about him.It is to everyone's taste, both adults and children. But not everyone can or wants to cook it. To be honest, the first time I didn't get meringue, it somehow spread out and turned out flat. As it turned out later that I did not cook it correctly. Therefore, I decided to share a secret with you, so that this would not happen to you.

From the very beginning, we put the eggs in the refrigerator so that they are cold. We separate the protein from the yolk. Then whisk the first one. You don't need food processors or mixers for this. Take a regular whisk and do everything manually. When the foam becomes steep, pour in portions of powdered sugar. Don't stop. If you see that the foam is thick and shiny, then you can put it on a baking sheet, just cover it with foil or ordinary baking paper before that. Put it with a regular spoon. If you want a small form, then take a tea room. It should be in the oven for about two hours, until it dries well and begins to separate from the baking sheet.
