Cottage cheese roses are quickly cooked, and incredibly delicious. They are prepared according to the following culinary recipe. First, prepare a sponge from the entire amount of liquid, 1/3 of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast. We leave it to rise in a warm place. It will be ready when it begins to settle (after about 1.5 hours). 
Add eggs, salt, cardamom, remaining sugar, flour to it. Knead the elastic dough. At the end of kneading, add the oil. Cover with a towel, put in a warm place until it is increased by 2 times.
Divide the finished dough into pieces of 50 grams, roll them into balls. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Then we form buns from them (spirals, hearts, as you like), not forgetting to put cottage cheese in each. Put them on a baking sheet, let them stand for 40 minutes again, brush with an egg and put them in the oven at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ready-made buns with cottage cheese can be poured with sour cream whipped with sugar. It turns out well, very tasty food! Bon appetit!
