Apple pie made of yeast dough in vegetable oil

Beautiful and magically delicious cake for tea parties. It will take quite a lot of time to prepare this wonderful dessert called "Apple pie from yeast dough". But this is only if you will implement the culinary recipe, as they say, "from" and "to". If you just buy lean yeast dough in the store, it will take very little time (and effort) to cook, which is important for many modern housewives (including me). But since you think that the food should be completely cooked "by hand", give the dough a few hours, the pie will only get better from this. Our recipe refers to Russian cuisine.

Take a large bowl, pour warm water into it, slowly add sugar and salt, then introduce yeast. When they dissolve completely in water, pour in vegetable oil and carefully pour in the sifted flour. Knead the dough, knead it until it is easy to peel off from the fingers. Now we put it in a bowl, smear it with vegetable oil, cover it with a linen napkin and let it rise. The dough must rise twice before it can be cut.
We cut off one third of it and put it aside, roll out the rest into a layer 1-1.5 cm thick, place it in a baking tray, form the sides.
Apples can not be peeled, just grate, season with sugar. Put the resulting mass on the dough, smooth it out and cover it with "sausages" from the dough in the form of a lattice. If there is still some dough left after making the lattice, make leaves, flowers and whatever your heart desires from them. Before baking a pie, it should come up again.
Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 40 minutes (the exact time depends on the oven).
