Roll out the dough one centimeter thick and cut out a smooth circle with a diameter of about 25-30 cm. Immediately put our circle on a baking sheet, greased with oil. Apples cut into beautiful slices are poured with lemon juice, then the remains are drained. We put the slices in even rows on the dough (the appearance of the pie will depend on how we do it!). Sprinkle sugar on top and send it to a preheated 220-degree oven. The pie will take 25 minutes to brown. Take out and coat with warm apricot jam (if there is no jam, you can take jam or jam) mixed with rum. Put it back in the oven for exactly five minutes. As a result, we will have a beautifully designed dish – food for real gourmets.
