Aerogrill is very popular now - cooking is carried out in it with hot circulating air, which reduces the calorie content of food, makes it tastier and more fragrant. The vegetables in this recipe turn out well baked, with an appetizing brown crust, as if you baked them on an open fire. They are suitable both as an independent dish and as a side dish for meat or fish.

    Vegetables are well washed, dried and cut: zucchini and eggplant rings, onion slices, carrot cubes. Tomatoes are left whole.

    Add oil, salt and spices to our chopped vegetables. Gently mix.

    The aerogrill mold is lined with foil. We stack the vegetables. Try not to lay them down too thickly, otherwise they will bake badly.

    We put it to bake in an aerogrill at a temperature of 230 degrees. I baked for about half an hour. In the middle of the time, I opened the grill and stirred the vegetables with a spatula. They turned out a little al dente, slightly hard, I like these more. If you want soft, cook for longer, 40-45 minutes. Watch out for the onion, it may be the first to burn.

You can bake not only vegetable mixtures, but also use a single product. Very tasty is the Bulgarian pepper baked in this way. Potatoes will turn out with a wonderful golden crust. But I advise you to boil it before baking, not for long, 7 minutes, then it will be soft inside.
Vegetables can be baked on a special grill, which comes with an aerogrill. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and put the vegetables, but here I advise you to cut them into large pieces so that they do not fail. Then you will have dark "branded" stripes on the vegetables, like from a grill pan.
For vegetables baked in an aerogrill as an independent dish, I advise you to make some kind of sauce. Yogurt is great, they are light and low-calorie.
Sprinkle the finished vegetables with chopped fresh herbs.
