Waffle cookies on mineral water

Handmade cookies are much tastier than in the store! Such waffle cookies are suitable for cooking in a special electric form. We still have one left from my grandmother, however, it is not electric – you need to put it on the tile so that the cookies are baked, and then turn it over to the other side. I borrowed a cooking recipe from a blog.

Rub the butter white with sugar, add vanilla sugar and continue to beat until fluffy. We drive in all the eggs one by one, add flour and baking powder, pour in mineral water and mix.

After we put the dough in the mold and bake as usual.

To waffle cookies when cooling, they are not damp (and this happens very quickly), it is best to put them on the grill, and not on a solid surface.

Serve with tea, coffee.
