Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

Cut the bread into thin slices about 1 cm thick. Take the bread that you like best. In this recipe, the usual gray is used, but you can also take white bread, with bran or a loaf.

Brush a slice of bread with a thin layer of ketchup or thick tomato sauce. At the same time, it is better to take ketchup of a thick consistency. Since too liquid sauce will soak a thin piece of bread, and the sandwich will turn out too wet.

Cut the sausage into thin pieces. In this case, it is a raw smoked sausage, but it can easily be replaced with any other - the final taste of the sandwich will not suffer at all from this.

Lay the pieces of sausage on top of the bread, trying to cover the entire area of the sandwich with them.

Rinse the parsley under running water and dry on a paper towel. Then cut off the rough cuttings, the rest can be left in the form of twigs of greenery. Put the greens on top of the sausage pieces laid before this.

You can also take any cheese for a sandwich. But we take into account the fact that it should melt in the microwave. Therefore, it is best to take hard cheese. It is also cut with a sharp wide knife into thin slices and cover the whole sandwich with it.

Put the sandwich on a plate and put it in the microwave. Select the maximum power and set the timer for 2 minutes. This amount of time should be just enough for the cheese layer to become soft and melt, and the sandwich filling warmed up and soaked with sauce.

The above ingredients usually make 2 sandwiches. It is better to bake them in the microwave separately. If you bake two at once, then adjust the time spent in the microwave so that the cheese melts on all the pieces equally.

After the sandwiches are baked, garnish them with fresh sprigs of parsley and serve them to the table while they are hot.

Bon appetit!
