Hungarian goulash in the microwave

A recipe with which all the household will be full in a few days. Sometimes when I come home from work, I just fall off my feet. But the family (and this is still 5 people) still needs to be fed. Then my notebook with recipes for the microwave oven saves me. I want to share with you one of my most favorite recipes for meat goulash. While the family washes their hands and prepares for dinner, I quickly conjure in the kitchen.

I take the meat out of the freezer and defrost it in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, I peel and finely chop onions and bell peppers.
I cut the beef into small pieces and put it together with the vegetables in a glass bowl, cover it with a lid and cook at maximum power for about 5 minutes.
While I pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off. Rub on a grater or finely chop. I add it to the meat. Separately, I mix the broth cube, paprika, seasoning for the sauce and warm red wine. I pour this sauce into the meat, mix it well. And I cook in a closed bowl at full power for another 6-7 minutes.
I'll cook a side dish, for example buckwheat. Everything, a delicious dinner is ready!
