Shortbread cake with jam is just a godsend for a sweet tooth. I love baking shortbread. Therefore, this pie is one of my favorites.

I roll out the dough into a circle slightly larger than the diameter of the bowl of the slow cooker, put it in the bowl, form small sides.

I used to spread a mesh of dough on top of jam, but one day I saw an idea on the Internet to sprinkle the pie with pieces of dough. Since then, the pie is sprinkled with torn pieces, then covered with balls, then I just rub the dough on a grater on top. In general, you can choose the option that you like best.

Another way to knead the dough: Sift the flour on the table, make a recess in the middle, and pour in the eggs with sugar. Knead, gradually adding flour from the inner edge. Then add margarine and chop the dough with a knife. Next according to the recipe.
