    Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater. Add another spoonful of vegetable oil to the bowl of the slow cooker, and then put the carrots there as well. Mix it up. Let it fry.

    Rinse rice to clear water. The roast is already ready. You can turn off the baking/frying mode. We put potatoes and rice in the bowl of the multwark. Season with spices, salt. You can add sprigs of parsley, dill (the leaves will go for serving the dish)

    When the program is finished, add the cheese, stir. Try the soup, if necessary, add salt. Close the lid and leave the soup to walk for another 10-15 minutes

In fact, this soup can be boiled for 30 minutes, it will already be quite ready, but I like the rice in the soup to boil, become airy, so I cook longer.
I always use crackers only at home. I immediately dry a large bag in the oven, and then use it in soups and salads. They don't compare with the purchased ones - they taste much tastier.
