Omelet can be cooked not only in a frying pan, but also in a slow cooker! You can do without flour. My omelet fell off quite quickly. Although it still depends on the size of the shape (bowl). If you need a high omelet, then it is better to increase the number of ingredients by half a portion, based on 6 eggs. Or do it in a small high form. I added small pieces of butter to the mixture itself to make the omelet more porous.

How to make an omelet for a child in a slow cooker like in kindergarten?

1. Combine flour with milk and mix so that there are no lumps
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
3. Pour the milk into the eggs, add salt and mix until smooth. 
4. Pour it out  place the egg-milk mixture in a greased bowl of a slow cooker and set the "Multi-cooker" mode for 35 minutes.

Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode in the recipe are given approximately. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique. 

How do I know if an egg is fresh? Break it into a separate container. First of all, there should be no unpleasant smell. The protein of fresh eggs will be transparent and clean. The yolk should not spread and will be shiny, convex, homogeneous.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
