Cream soup in a slow cooker

Fragrant mushroom cream soup is like in a restaurant, but it's easy to prepare! Cream soup according to this recipe I used to cook often on the stove, but with the advent of a slow cooker in my house, I am gradually adapting recipes for it, because cooking in a slow cooker is a pleasure - a minimum of dishes is used, it regulates the temperature itself, it is enough just to set the necessary program. The slow cooker didn't let me down this time either, and this recipe turned out just fine!

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 35 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Necessary ingredients. Prepare the broth in advance. I took meat broth, but you can replace it with chicken or even vegetable. Bring the broth to a boil on the stove.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add olive oil to the bowl of the slow cooker and set the program "Frying" for 20 minutes. I use olive oil for frying, because it has a higher heating temperature, but you can take any vegetable oil that is familiar to you

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

    Finely chop the onion

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Garlic must be crushed with the flat side of a knife and finely chopped

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add to the bowl of the slow cooker and fry until golden brown, it took me 8 minutes

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Cut mushrooms into plates

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

And add to the onion and garlic, mix and fry for 10 minutes until the end of the program

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

After 10 minutes, open the lid and transfer the contents to the blender bowl

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

We leave a few mushrooms for decoration

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

We wipe fried mushrooms in a blender

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Add 2 ladles of broth for a more homogeneous consistency, wipe again

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Here's what happened at the output

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

We set the program "Cook " for 15 minutes

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

    Add butter

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

Then mix the flour quickly so that there are no lumps

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Add a little broth - 2-3 ladles, mix well

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

    Then mushroom puree

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

Add the broth, which we kept boiling over low heat all the time. If for some reason you do not have the opportunity to preheat the broth in advance, the cooking time in the slow cooker should be increased taking into account the time required for boiling the broth

  19. Step 19:

    Step 19.

Pour in the cream, mix, close the lid and wait for the end of the program

  20. Step 20:

    Step 20.

Here is such a soup turned out! We leave it for 10 minutes on the program "maintaining the temperature" so that the soup is infused
