Gourmet dinner in a hurry! Cook in a slow cooker! Lately I often bake potatoes, sometimes I change the filling to diversify the menu. I like to cook crumbs of potatoes in a slow cooker, try it too!

Get down to business in a good mood:

- wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, dry them;

- wrap each tuber in a separate piece of foil, place it in the bowl of a slow cooker;

- select the "Baking" mode and the cooking time is 45 minutes;

- meanwhile, cut the salmon into slices, peel the garlic, pass it through a press, chop the onion finely;

- put sour cream in a small bowl, add salt and pepper, put garlic mush and chopped onion, enrich the sauce with dry spices to taste, mix;

- fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan (without adding oil);

- make a deep incision on baked potatoes, put a piece of salmon and a little sauce in it, sprinkle with pine nuts;

- in this way, stuff all the potatoes.

Serve immediately, hot.
