Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

This time we are cooking fish steaks.

Defrost them, cut off the fins, rinse, dry with a paper towel and spread on foil.

In a saucer, mix pepper, salt, ginger powder and dried basil.

Rub the catfish steaks with the resulting spicy mixture, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Chop the dill, sprinkle the fish.

We put the fish in foil on a strainer designed for steaming, select the "Steam" mode and the cooking time is 15 minutes.

Serve the finished fish with fresh herbs and a slice of lemon.

Bon appetit!
