Khachapuri with cheese in a slow cooker

1.To prepare the dough, heat the water with milk to about 40-45 degrees. Add and dilute salt, sugar and yeast in the liquid. Add flour in portions and knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, add and knead the soft butter until smooth. The right dough for khachapuri is soft, like an earlobe (that's what Georgian housewives say). Transfer the dough to a slow cooker and set 40 degrees for 30 minutes. Then knead and repeat - 40 degrees and 30 minutes.
2. To prepare the filling, mix the cheeses with egg and butter. If the cheeses do not crumple with your hands, grate them before mixing. The filling should be thick so that you can make balls out of it. If the filling is liquid, add a little flour.
3. Divide the dough and filling into 5 equal parts. Flatten the dough with your hands into tortillas about 15 cm in diameter, put the filling in the center, pinch it into a bag, and then flatten this bag with your hands (gently) back into the tortilla. The thickness of the cake should not be more than 1 cm. When working with the dough, lightly crush it with flour.
4. For baking, put the slow cooker in the Frying mode. To make sure, you can lubricate the bowl with a little oil, but if you are sure that it will not stick, you do not need to. Cook the khachapuri for 5 minutes on each side.The finished khachapuri is oiled and stacked.
