A luxurious hot snack! Cook in a slow cooker! Mushrooms with cheese in a slow cooker can be cooked both for a holiday and on weekdays, the dish will pleasantly surprise and delight relatives. For cooking, you should choose large mushrooms of approximately the same size, otherwise it will not be convenient to fill the caps with stuffing.

Cooking method

1. We clean the champignons, wash them under running water, dry them, very carefully cut off the legs so that the hats remain intact.

2. Peel the onion, chop it with a knife, and cut the mushroom legs finely. Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press. Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater.

3. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, spread the onion, fry in the "Frying" mode until golden.

4. Then add the legs of champignons and garlic gruel to the onion, salt, pepper, and continue to fry for another 5-7 minutes.

5. When the mushrooms are sufficiently browned, put them in a bowl, add breadcrumbs and mix everything.

6. Let the filling cool down a little, then add the cheese (half a portion) and mix again, fill the mushroom caps with the prepared filling.

7. We put the stuffed champignons into the bowl of the slow cooker, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, change the mode to "Baking", set the cooking time to 40 minutes.

After the beep, the snack is completely ready to be served on the table.

We serve champignons on a platter, decorate as desired, for example with a sprig of greenery.
