Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Break the eggs into a bowl.

2. Pour sugar to the eggs and whisk into a fluffy mass.

3. Pour kefir to the resulting mass, add vegetable oil, mix.

4. Sift the flour, then mix it with baking powder.

5. Sifting through a sieve, add the flour to the bowl a little bit to the other ingredients. Knead the dough - it should turn out thick.

6. Wash the plums, wipe with a towel, cut into two halves, removing the bones. Put the plums in a bowl, add starch to them, mix. Starch is needed so that the cake is not too wet.

7. Brush the bowl of the slow cooker with butter, sprinkle with flour.

8. Pour half of the dough into the bowl, put the plums, sprinkle them with brown sugar. Pour the rest of the dough on top.

9. Close the slow cooker, set the "Baking" mode. In my slow cooker (Polaris), the process takes 1.5 hours.

Remove the finished pie from the slow cooker on a beautiful dish, let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Have a sweet and pleasant tea party!
