The fish should be divided into halves-steaks and remove the ridge.

Next, the pieces of fish need to be marinated for 10 minutes in a mixture of orange juice and lemon zest. Add salt to taste.

Then remove everything from the marinade and sprinkle with fennel.

Put a steaming basket in the slow cooker, put the fish pieces in one layer. Cook for 20 minutes.

When serving, pour olive oil. Serve such fish well with vegetables, also cooked - steamed.
