Dough for dumplings in a bread maker

The prepared dough in the bread maker is homogeneous and rolls out well. The bread maker copes with the task perfectly, and most importantly saves my time. The kneaded dough in the bread maker rolls out very thinly, does not boil when cooking.

In a separate container, stir the water with the egg and salt. Make sure that the total amount of liquid comes out 325 ml. Whisk well until the salt dissolves.Pour the contents of the container into the bread maker container and add vegetable oil. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. After that, pour the flour into the container. You don't need to mix anything yourself, now the bread maker will do all the work for you. Choose a program for kneading unleavened dough. Different time can be set on different models. My bread maker spends 1.5 hours kneading the dough. Take out the dough and put it on the table, cover it with a saucepan on top and let the dough lie down for a while. After 20 minutes, it will be completely ready for cooking dumplings. In the cut, the dough should be homogeneous, dense and without bubbles. For the filling, you can cook potatoes, cabbage, eggs with rice and green onions or any other according to your taste.
