My attitude to such a fruit as persimmon has changed over time. At first I couldn't eat it at all, then I liked the ripe, but firm fruits, which were practically impossible to get. After that, I learned to eat all the fresh fruits of this fruit, and in the last year I noticed an interesting trend: I like absolutely all food containing persimmons. And now I will share with you a culinary recipe of a dish I have recently studied: jam from persimmon. Actually, I started cooking this dessert only because it is extremely easy to prepare. We begin by sorting the fruits, washing them, freeing them from the pedicels. Then we cut the persimmon into slices, simultaneously removing the bones and skin. Now we put the prepared persimmon in the bread maker's container, pour the juice of half a lemon into it, add sugar, mix the whole mass. Now we put the program "Jam" and turn on the bread maker. About 10 minutes before cooking, add the gelatinous powder to the jam container, mix. When the jam is ready, we put it in sterilized jars and close the lids.
