Lemon cupcake in a bread maker

Incredibly delicate and fragrant cupcake for holidays and tea parties! Our family loves cupcakes, pies and cakes. Not knowing what to please my children with once again, I asked my friends for advice. An omniscient mother-in-law came to the rescue with a simple and just perfect lemon cupcake recipe. With a set of ordinary products that every housewife has, I got a great dessert for a small company.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

Whisk eggs with sugar and salt into a fluffy foam.
You need to remove the peel from a thoroughly washed lemon - a fine grater or a cleaner with special teeth is suitable for this.
Squeeze the lemon juice into a separate container.
Now combine the ingredients in the bread maker: to do this, put the beaten eggs with softened butter, lemon zest and lemon juice into the bowl of the bread maker.
Through a fine sieve, sift the flour with baking powder directly into the bread maker, then turn it on in the "Cupcake" or "Baking" mode - so that the dough is baked for 2 hours, and the kneading takes half an hour.
You can also bake a cupcake in a regular oven - for this you will need to preheat the oven well and bake at 180 degrees for about one hour.
Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar after cooking.
Have a nice tea party!
