Chocolate cupcake in a bread maker

There is nothing tastier than a chocolate cupcake! Bake and enjoy! The cherished dream of many housewives is to at least slightly reduce the time spent on cooking. The bread maker helps me with this. I cook not only bread, but also desserts in it! And chocolate cupcake is my friends' favorite treat. None of them believed that I was only adding ingredients. And it turned out to be an exquisite dessert with a bright taste.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

As I said, the bread maker will bake the cupcake itself, we just have to mix the necessary ingredients correctly.
In a small bowl, combine only the dry ingredients.
In a larger bowl, beat the eggs with soft butter until smooth.
Through a sieve, sift the mixture of dry ingredients to the egg-oil mixture and mix again.
Pour milk, orange (or tangerine juice) to the resulting mass and mix the mixture until it becomes homogeneous.
Grease the baking dish from the bread maker with oil and put the dough into it, place the mold in the bread maker.
Bake a treat in the "Cupcake" mode. In my bread maker, the cooking time in this mode is 2 hours and 50 minutes, of which baking is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
If you don't have a "Cupcake" mode, then choose "Baking", "Sweet Baking" or something similar.
Keep in mind that all the equipment works differently and even the same models may have their own characteristics - read the instructions for your device, choose the appropriate program, and in the course of baking, check the readiness of the cake with a skewer and adjust the cooking time and mode to your technique.
Before serving, the cupcake can be decorated with chocolate icing or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Have a nice tea party!
