Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 15 min

Pour boiling water over the raisins and dry them on paper towels.
Now combine the liquid ingredients in the bowl of the bread maker: milk and eggs. Add diced butter and flour sifted through a sieve to them.
Add yeast on top of flour, also put salt and sugar.
Raisins should be put when the bread maker signals this (according to the instructions).
Turn on the mode suitable for a cake weighing 750 grams, select the type of crust. I bake this cupcake in the "Sweet Bread" mode, which takes a little more than 3 hours in my bread maker. The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and get a more festive look.
Have a nice tea party!

There is a lot of useful information about why flour, even of the same variety, can have completely different properties, read this article .

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish turn out successfully, use useful information in the article about ovens here .
