While the yeast is infused, sift the flour into a deep bowl and add all the remaining products intended for the dough: salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, egg, 30 grams of melted butter, vanilla. Then pour in the activated yeast mixture.

    Mix the contents with a spoon and start kneading the dough directly in the bowl with your hands.

    Put the dough on the table and knead for 10 minutes until elastic.

    Then move it into a bowl (you can pour a little flour on the bottom) and cover with cling film. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. The approached dough is returned to the work surface, flour is no longer used.

    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a layer 1 cm high. To cut out donuts, we will need two round molds. I took a salad ring with a diameter of 9 cm and a cork from a plastic bottle. We cut out the circles with a large ring, and the middle with a small one. We roll the remaining dough into a ball again, roll it out and make donuts out of it. There will be 10 pieces in total.
